About the role

What you'll do

  • Responsible for managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower
  • Preparing, maintaining effective & efficient database for resourcing
  • Allocating work to the team and reviewing continuously on progress
  • Monitoring & training new recruits and creating independent contributors for achieving a common business goal
  • Interacting with clients and understanding the requirements and delivery schedules
