About the role

Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with organizational goals. Design and deliver training programs for employees at all levels, ensuring consistency and relevance to the NBFC industry. Conduct Train the Trainer sessions to build internal capability for training delivery. Create and manage a monthly training calendar, ensuring a diverse range of learning opportunities.
