What you'll do

• Manage and develop the project support hub team, building capability through recruitment, engagement, performance management and training
• Oversee the coordination and delivery of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and to required standards
• Manage escalations and act as a key point of contact for specified operational teams, ensuring effective communication and project handovers
• Build and maintain good relationships with operational and senior stakeholders
• Establish, monitor and manage team KPIs, targets and performance standards
