About the role
The Manager of Product Education owns the strategy, content, and delivery of Decisions training for customers, partners, and new employees. You will lead a team of instructional designers and trainers, reporting to the Chief Product Officer. You will turn a powerful, fast-moving platform into clear learning paths, hands-on labs and certifications.
What you'll do
- Lead and grow the team. Hire, coach, and set priorities for instructional designers
- And trainers; run planning, reviews, and career development
- Own the curriculum. Build and maintain role-based learning paths (builder
- Design, item quality, pass-rate analysis, and renewal as the platform evolves
- Keep pace with the product. Work with Product and Engineering to plan education
