Manager – Payroll Operations

About the role

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4–6 years of experience in payroll operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations in accordance with applicable local labor laws across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in managing complex payroll systems and compliance requirements.

What you'll do

• Ensure payroll accuracy, including wages, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and benefit contributions
• Review, monitor, and implement new legislation to ensure compliance across all operating jurisdictions
• Maintain compliance with applicable local payroll, wage, and labor laws, including tax reporting and filings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on various payroll processes, compliance, and reporting
• Administer year-end payroll activities, including statutory filings and regulatory submissions
