What you'll do

• Be required to lead as part of your role
• Implement organisational policies that are fair, transparent, compliant and in alignment to Madhi’s core values
• Plan and execute an inclusive & rigorous selection process, from identifying hiring requirements to successful onboarding
• Create and implement a framework that provides diverse and need-specific learning opportunities for all team members
• Execute team well-being processes and structures, including conflict management

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience

• Onboarding
• MS Office
• Any graduate
