Manager Sales - (Govt & Alliance)

About the role

We are looking for a driven and strategic Deputy Manager – Sales to expand our footprint in the Government and partner / large SI space. The ideal candidate will lead business growth for Eaton’s 3-Phase UPS and power quality solutions, build strong customer relationships, and develop a robust channel partner ecosystem.

• Identify and engage potential clients across industries with high demand for 3-phase UPS solutions
• Drive focused outreach efforts to increase funnel size and market visibility
• Revenue & Profitability Achievement
• Meet and exceed revenue and gross margin goals for the assigned territory
• Implement strategic sales plans to ensure sustainable and profitable growth

What you need
