About the role

We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to lead Talent Acquisition while contributing to key strategic HR initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys building high-performing teams, partnering with business leaders, and driving organization-wide HR priorities beyond recruitment.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across Schoolnet Group
• Develop talent acquisition strategies for Corporate, Technology, Academic, Sales, Operations, and leadership hiring
• Build sustainable talent pipelines to support current and future business requirements
• Drive leadership hiring for strategic and business-critical positions
• Manage recruitment partners, consultants, job portals, and campus hiring initiatives
