Manager/Sr. Manager - Human Resources

About the role

The HR Manager is responsible for leading and aligning HR operations and people practices across the shared service groups at the MICB campus, in close collaboration with Group HR Business Leads.

What you'll do

• HR Operations & Policy Governance
• Drive standardization and consistent implementation of HR processes, policies, and practices across all shared service groups
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant end-to-end payroll across all groups at the campus
• Own HR data quality and effective use of Workday, ensuring it serves as the single source of truth, particularly for compensation and employee data
• Partner with payroll vendors, Finance, and HR stakeholders, and use HR data and reporting to support business decisions
