Market Research Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Market Research Analyst to join Zafin’s Market Intelligence team, reporting to the Director of Market Intelligence. Market research at Zafin is built around systems — agents, workflows, and automations that allow a focused team to continuously monitor and understand a market far larger than its headcount.

What you'll do

• Be responsible for running the machinery and applying the judgment required to produce reliable, decision-ready intelligence
• Maintain continuous coverage of priority markets and improve the system as new needs and gaps emerge
• Automate research intake: Build and maintain pipelines that ingest analyst reports (Gartner, Forrestor, Celent), earnings calls, regulatory filings
• Identify where automation is drifting, producing incomplete conclusions or introducing unsupported claims, and improve the workflow
• Track competitors and market activity: Monitor competitor positioning, product and feature releases, partnerships, acquisitions and go-to-market activity
