Marketing Automation Campaign Specialist

About the role

This role ensures campaigns are delivered with accuracy, consistency, and alignment to enterprise governance standards. Operating within an evolving marketing technology ecosystem, the specialist contributes to platform enhancements, program scalability, and process improvements. The role partners closely with marketing, analytics, CRM teams, and external agencies to support successful campaign activation and ongoing performance optimization.

What you'll do

• Build and execute Marketo programs and assets including emails, landing pages, forms, smart campaigns, and reports
• Execute campaign builds based on documented briefs, requirements, and strategic direction from marketing stakeholders
• Activate and operationalize audience segments sourced from enterprise data platforms within Marketo programs
• Apply campaign-level filters, targeting logic, and distribution rules as needed to support launch objectives
• Perform thorough QA testing across emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, and lead routing prior to deployment
