About the role

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Device Management (MDM) & Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Specialist to join our SCB Operations team in Pune. This role provides 1st and 2nd line support within a 24x7 shift environment, supporting Microsoft Intune and Workspace ONE (Omnissa) platforms across Android, macOS, Windows and mobile device ecosystems.

What you'll do

Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) services
Administer and support Microsoft Intune and Workspace ONE (Omnissa) environments
Support device enrolment, configuration, policy deployment and compliance management across Android, macOS and Windows platforms.Log, categorise
Monitor mobile infrastructure and perform regular system health checks
Troubleshoot end-user issues related to mobile devices, applications, connectivity and endpoint management services
