Moderator - Intern at Clirnet. Assist in moderating and hosting live and recorded virtual medical webinars under the guidance of experienced moderators.

What you'll do

  • Assist in moderating and hosting live and recorded virtual medical webinars under the guidance of experienced moderators
  • Coordinate with doctors, speakers, and internal teams for session preparation and execution
  • Assist with speaker onboarding and pre-session technical checks
  • Prepare and send session invitations, reminders, joining details, and follow-up communications
  • Assist with post-session activities such as recording coordination, documentation, and follow-ups
