Network Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Network Head/Architect to lead and manage the complete network infrastructure of a growing NBFC. The role demands deep technical expertise in networking technologies, security, cloud networking (AWS), and vendor management, along with leadership capabilities to oversee network operations, new deployments, and compliance alignment with regulatory bodies like RBI.

What you'll do

• Maintain high availability and performance of enterprise-wide WAN/LAN
• Manage capacity planning, network upgrades, and resiliency planning
• Plan, design, and implement IT infrastructure for new branches including site surveys, heatmaps, capacity design, and end-to-end execution
• Ensure timely delivery of network setup in coordination with internal teams and external partners
• Design and optimize wireless network solutions to ensure seamless and secure coverage across locations

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
• Networking
• Routing and switching
• AWS
• SIEM
• Network security
• B.Tech or B.E.
