What you'll do

• Coordinate the development and execution of works, optimize the work-groups, tools and means to meet the objectives of activity, yield and quality of the work
• Control the application of the safety and health guidelines
• Actively manage, develop and coach staff to meet objectives with quality, productivity, efficiency and customer orientation
• Analyze root causes for deviations, set up and follow up corrective actions

What you need

• 12–22 yrs of experience
• B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma
