About the role

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR – BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION ANALYTICS The Associate Director will lead large, complex, analytics-enabled transformation engagements across multiple workstreams, partnering with global consulting teams, senior clients, and internal stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Lead large, complex transformation projects or major project modules spanning multiple analytical and functional workstreams, geographies, and stakeholder groups
• Define the overall delivery strategy, operating rhythm, governance model, quality standards, and escalation mechanisms for engagements
• Mobilize and lead teams of Leads, Senior Analysts, and Analysts; clarify roles, allocate resources, manage capacity, and build capabilities through coaching and feedback
• Sponsor the development of knowledge assets, standardized KPI frameworks, accelerators, and capability-building initiatives across teams and functional areas
• Business, Functional & Analytical Problem Solving

What you need
