Operations Associate Intern

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Candidate Outreach Specialists to make 100-120 calls per day to potential candidates. Your primary role will be to inform and engage candidates about available job roles, helping them understand the opportunities and encouraging their interest.

What you'll do

• Make 100-120 daily outbound calls to prospective candidates to share details about open job positions
• Maintain accurate records of calls and candidate responses for follow-up and reporting purposes
• Develop and refine your communication skills through practical experience and ongoing training
