Operations Executive

About the role

Manage day-to-day logistics and operational activities to ensure smooth movement of shipments. Coordinate with customers, transporters, drivers, warehouses, and internal teams for timely delivery. Track shipments and provide regular status updates to customers and relevant departments. Prepare and maintain delivery documents, invoices, shipment records, and operational reports.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day logistics and operational activities to ensure smooth movement of shipments
• Coordinate with customers, transporters, drivers, warehouses, and internal teams for timely delivery
• Track shipments and provide regular status updates to customers and relevant departments
• Prepare and maintain delivery documents, invoices, shipment records, and operational reports
• Handle order processing, dispatch coordination, and delivery scheduling as required

• 0–2 yrs of experience
• Coordination
• Any graduate
