Operations Team Member WBG Operations (Ops)-Customer Service Desk Navi Mumbai

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our WBG Operations team at the Customer Service Desk. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in banking operations, particularly in RTGS/NEFT transactions, fund transfers, and tax payments. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and proficiency in Excel to support daily operational tasks and client servicing.

What you'll do

• Handle and process RTGS, NEFT, fund transfers, and tax payments efficiently at the branch, mid-office, or front office level
• Provide prompt and accurate support to customers and internal teams regarding transaction status, payment issues, and operational queries
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines during transaction processing
• Maintain and update transaction records and reports using Excel and internal banking systems
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies or escalations related to customer transactions
