Order Management Specialist

About the role

Reporting to the Order Management Team Lead, this role serves as a critical link between Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence throughout the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive, with a strong understanding of order management processes and revenue operations.

What you'll do

• Order Processing & Revenue Enablement
• Manage day-to-day order management activities to ensure opportunities are converted to revenue efficiently and accurately
• Review and approve sales opportunities submitted through the gatekeeper process, ensuring completeness and compliance with company guidelines
• Support order processing activities within CRM and ERP platforms
• Partner with Sales teams to guide them through order submission requirements and improve first-time-right order quality
