Partner Manager, Lead Central, IN Sales Excellence

About the role

Amazon Seller Services seeks a collaborative and adaptable Program Manager to scale up the Lead Central initiative. This role will focus on identifying and sourcing high-value seller leads for Amazon.in, improving sales team productivity, and launching customer-desired brands. The successful candidate will develop program roadmaps, manage KPIs, and drive engagement with external partners and senior leadership.

What you'll do

• Identify and implement strategies to generate high-value leads for sales teams
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to scale lead generation
• Scout, negotiate and own lead sourcing infrastructure including generation to payout management
• Ensure lead quality through regular audits and adherence to standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve lead consumption and conversion
