About the role

The Global Payroll Experience team focuses on improving employee experience, data analysis, problem-solving, content creation, global project delivery, and process standardization.

What you'll do

• A typical day includes standups, stakeholder and project meetings, and reporting — all within a continuous improvement environment
• Drive projects that improve self-service capabilities, streamline payroll processes, and enhance employee experience across multiple countries and systems
• Work closely with payroll operations, HR, product, and technology teams to deliver initiatives that reduce employee effort and increase satisfaction
• Lead projects end-to-end, manage cross-level stakeholders, and report on progress and status
• Partner with payroll operations, HR, product, and technology teams on shared initiatives

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
• Payroll
• Any graduate
