Payroll Specialist

About the role

Confirm required controls are validated and cleared as part of routine payroll processing; raise any exceptions or discrepancies.

What you'll do

• Handle end-to-end in-house payroll processing for the US and Canada regions
• Execute and oversee payroll operations utilizing Oracle Fusion for core processing and ADP SmartCompliance for tax, garnishments, and agency payments
• Execute regular, off-cycle, year end and retroactive payroll runs accurately and within established deadlines
• Ensure the accurate processing of salaries, bonuses, commissions, equity transactions, and deductions
• Process Improvement, Data & Technology

What you need

• 4–6 yrs of experience
• Payroll
• Oracle Fusion
• SOP writing
• Ticketing tools
• Reconciliation
• B.Com or BBA
