About the role

We're looking for a dynamic and empathetic People & Culture Executive to join our growing team in Udaipur, India. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in shaping our organizational culture, supporting employee well-being, and driving people-focused initiatives that align with our strategic goals.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and facilitate seamless onboarding and training programs for new employees, ensuring a welcoming and positive first experience
• Manage accurate and timely execution of payroll, timekeeping, and attendance management processes with meticulous attention to detail
• Ensure full compliance with statutory procedures and employment regulations specific to India
• Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback with genuine empathy, transparency, and professionalism
• Analyze HR metrics, trends, and data to prepare insightful reports that inform strategic people decisions and support organizational objectives
