About the role

This position is part of the People Experience (HR) Shared Services team, based in Hyderabad, focusing on invoicing operations of global benefits programs and operational administration of some global benefits. The role emphasizes process efficiency, best in class employee experience, and data accuracy.

What you'll do

• Administer some global benefits
• Streamline processes, look for automation
• Handle benefits invoice processing across multiple global locations
• Provide timely and accurate responses to employee and manager queries via ServiceNow
• Possess foundational accounting knowledge to support procurement-to-pay processes and develop insightful reports and dashboards

What you need

• 3–4 yrs of experience
