People Partner- APAC

About the role

In this role, you'll lead critical people and performance initiatives that reflect and reinforce our strong company culture and values. As a trusted advisor, you'll support regional business units by designing and implementing commercially focused HR solutions. You'll collaborate closely with fellow HRBPs and Centres of Excellence to deliver strategic projects, while continuing to provide comprehensive generalist HR support to the business.

What you'll do

• Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to business objectives
• Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and leadership effectiveness
• Use data and insights to diagnose organizational challenges and recommend strategic solutions
• Coach and influence leaders to build high-performing, engaged, and inclusive teams
