People Success Generalist

About the role

As the People Success Generalist, you will spend majority of your time driving talent acquisition, owning full cycle recruitment end to end and building a strong, reliable hiring engine for a fast growing team. This is a TA-first role, roughly a 70/30 split between talent acquisition and people operations.

What you'll do

• Help build strong processes across operations and organisation development, and influence the culture of the organisation

• 1–3 yrs of experience

• Any graduate
