Performance / Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

The ideal candidate should be an expert in planning and executing high impact paid campaigns, create & manage digital assets that can lead to business growth. In this role, you will be driving a direct business impact in terms of new lead acquisition and traffic to domains.

What you'll do

• Own budget allocation and media planning for performance marketing campaigns across India and international markets (USA), driving user acquisition and growth
• Manage the full paid advertising stack including Search (Google/Bing), Display, Meta, LinkedIn, Native, 3rd-party, and Affiliate channels
• Lead end-to-end campaign execution —account setup, structure, ad creation, keyword strategy, launch planning, and KPI definition
• Drive new growth initiatives across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other lead generation platforms for B2B and B2C audiences
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance through daily, weekly, and monthly analysis to continuously improve results
