Performance Optimization Manager (Paid Social), Indian Hub

About the role

We're looking for a conversion-focused Performance Optimization Manager (Paid Social) with agency experience to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across the full lifecycle, with Meta as your core platform. You'll turn data into clear decisions that drive measurable results. This is an individual contributor role for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working openly with internal teams and clients.

What you'll do

• Plan, build, manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) as the primary channel for this role
• Set up and manage product feed and catalogue campaigns on Meta, including Advantage+ catalogue ads, dynamic product ads and retargeting
• Support campaigns on TikTok and LinkedIn as additional channels, using each platform to add incremental value to the media mix
• Drive strong, conversion-focused performance, owning KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, conversion rate and revenue
• Configure, audit and troubleshoot Google Tag Manager (GTM) events, including pixels, conversion events and data layer tracking, to ensure accurate measurement
