Plant HR Manager

About the role

The incumbent will serve as a change agent — reinforcing company culture, championing right behaviours, and driving end-to-end talent management at the plant level.

What you'll do

• HR Operations & Compliance
• Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing and all statutory compliance obligations
• Manage HR audits and maintain 100% compliance with global company policies
• Liaise with government bodies including factory inspectors, labour departments, and local authorities as required
• Oversee general administration — housekeeping, canteen operations, and plant security
