Pre-Sales Executive/Lead || Full Time

About the role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience . We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Female Pre-Sales Executive to handle incoming leads, manage CRM, and assist the sales team in converting potential buyers. You will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for understanding their requirements and scheduling site visits or sales meetings.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries from prospective customers
• Understand customer requirements and provide basic project information
• Follow up regularly with leads and ensure a smooth transition to the Sales Team
• Maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Schedule and coordinate site visits and client meetings
