What you'll do

• Partner with clients to build effective relationships, manage stakeholders
• Lead and provide direction to People Leaders regarding Performance and Talent Experience. Support conversation with respect to talent attraction
• Seek continuous improvements in HR policies and evaluate current processes for increased efficiencies. Reinforces policies and practices
• Proactively explore, pilot, and integrate emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of core HR processes and talent strategies
• Support the planning, delivery, and facilitation of core HR processes ranging from performance & talent management, leadership development, change management

What you need
