What you'll do
- Lead process R&D and synthetic route development for specialty and fine chemicals
- Design and optimize cost-efficient, scalable chemical processes
- Drive technology transfer from lab to pilot and commercial scale
- Lead innovation in Agrochemical intermediates, APIs, and aroma molecules
- Collaborate with global clients and internal commercial teams to develop custom molecules
