Process Engineer, Sr.

About the role

The Senior Process Engineer leads the development, optimization, and validation of manufacturing processes and equipment from pilot phase through full-scale production, serving as a technical expert and project lead to improve process capability, enhance product quality, drive operational efficiency, and ensure scalable, compliant manufacturing outcomes while supporting cross-functional collaboration and mentoring engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Lead process development from pilot trials to full-scale production by defining process formulations, equipment requirements, and scalable manufacturing parameters (30%)
• Evaluate and optimize existing processing methods, automation strategies, and production techniques to meet cost, quality, performance, and reliability targets (25%)
• Investigate complex manufacturing issues, analyze nonconformance trends, implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, scientific teams, suppliers, and customers while mentoring engineers, developing documentation

What you need

• 6–10 yrs of experience
• Mechanical engineering
• Root cause analysis
