About the role

We are seeking a Product Designer — a hands-on design leader who excels at craft, thrives on solving the hardest problems, and sets the benchmark for design quality. This role is for someone who can turn ambiguity into clarity, drive complex initiatives end-to-end, and inspire other designers by example.

What you'll do

• Drive Ownership: Take full accountability for outcomes — from problem framing to polished, system-ready solutions
• Shape Systems & Frameworks: Extend and influence design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across product surfaces
• Influence at Scale: Clearly articulate design rationale to senior stakeholders, shaping decisions and aligning cross-functional teams
