Product Manager – Finance & Planning at Keka Technologies. Own the India & GCC Payroll roadmap end to end: discovery, prioritisation, delivery and adoption.

What you'll do

• Own the India & GCC Payroll roadmap end to end: discovery, prioritisation, delivery and adoption
• Track tax and statutory changes across India and the GCC. Assess their impact and make sure they ship before their effective dates
• Drive configurable, scalable statutory logic so new rules become product settings, not engineering projects
• Own and grow Expenses and Loans, connecting them cleanly to payroll and to customers’ accounting systems
• Help shape future finance bets such as equity/ESOP management, working with design partners

What you need

• 4–6 yrs of experience
• PRD writing
• Chartered Accountant or CFA

Good to have

• CFA
