About the role

To deliver solutions and experiences that facilitate access to learning and growth for everyone, irrespective of their languages, geographies, abilities, curricula, age groups, learning styles, and socio-economic status.

What you'll do

• Translate requests from ops, content, sales, and marketing into clear, structured product requirements before they reach engineering
• Define acceptance criteria, timelines, and priorities for every piece of work entering the engineering pipeline
• Work closely with the design team to drive iterations to finality — own sign-off gates so engineering always builds against confirmed designs
• Lead roadmap planning in close partnership with the founders — synthesising inputs from internal teams, field signals, and usage data
• Identify unvoiced opportunities: gaps that no one is articulating yet but that the data or field context reveals
