About the role

Product Marketing & Content Executive (1-4 years) We are looking for a hands-on marketer who combines product marketing with strong content creation skills. You will help retail buyers understand what Factori does, why it matters and how our insights solve real business problems.

What you'll do

  • A. Product Marketing (50%)
  • Gather insights from customer interviews, sales conversations and market research to understand buyer needs and pain points
  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Translate Factori’s capabilities, including aggregated mobility signals, points of interest, APIs and MCP
  • Customer Stories and Use Cases: Work with product, data and customer-facing teams to develop evidence-based customer stories, use cases and original-data narratives
  • Clearly document sources, assumptions and limitations
