Program Management (Lender Management) - Senior Manager- Lending EMI

About the role

You will coordinate cross-functional delivery and ensure programs and lender partnerships deliver volume, quality, and compliance outcomes.

What you'll do

• Manage current and new lending partners for the product
• Work with lenders on target setting, foll-ups, reconcilations and business growth
• Own program lifecycle for assigned Lending EMI programs (planning, launch, run, optimise, wind-down)
• Manage lender relationships: onboarding, commercials (as guided), SLAs, issue resolution, and performance reviews
• Track lender-wise volume, approval rates, TAT, reject reasons, and portfolio quality; drive corrective actions
