Program Management (Scheme Management) - Senior Manager- Lending EMI

About the role

You will ensure schemes are commercially sound, operationally executable, and compliant, and that they deliver intended business outcomes.

What you'll do

• Design and manage EMI schemes (tenure, ROI / subvention, eligibility, ticket size, product / partner constructs)
• Own scheme lifecycle: ideation → business case → approvals → launch → monitoring → refresh / sunset
• Partner with Sales, Product, Credit, Finance, and lenders on scheme constructs and go-to-market
• Analyse scheme performance (volume, conversion, margin, risk, partner ROI) and recommend changes
• Maintain scheme inventory, version control, circulars / communications, and audit-ready documentation
