Quality Assurance Assistant (Apprenticeship) at CMR Aluminium. Inspection and testing of incoming UBC and raw materials as per SOPs.

What you'll do

  • Inspection and testing of incoming UBC and raw materials as per SOPs
  • Conduct moisture, organic-content, fines, sorting and size-fraction analysis
  • Perform spectrometer, K-Mold, DPT and vacuum testing
  • Monitor CRP/HRP processes and material quality
  • Inspect finished ingots for composition, surface quality, dimensions and weight
