About the role

We are seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience while efficiently handling communication and office coordination activities.

What you'll do

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
• Manage the front desk and handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries
• Direct visitors and calls to the appropriate departments or personnel
• Maintain visitor records, entry logs, and reception area cleanliness
• Schedule meetings and coordinate conference room bookings
