About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and engaging with top-tier candidates. You will play an essential part in building strong relationships with potential hires and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience that aligns with our organizational goals.

What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and networking events
• Proactively engage in cold calling and outreach to connect with prospective candidates and introduce them to exciting job opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing timely updates, feedback, and a positive candidate experience
• Maintain clear and effective communication with the hiring team to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the hiring process
• Collaborate with colleagues to refine recruiting strategies and share best practices
