What you'll do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles, from intake and calibration through sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and close
• Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, align on hiring strategy, and provide ongoing market and pipeline insights
• Use recruiting data and funnel insights to track progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive better hiring outcomes over time
