About the role

Why do we exist? What do we do? The quality of school education available to students from low-income communities across India is abysmal. Their chances of attending college or building a career are significantly lower than their high-income peers, condemning them to a life without voice or choice. iTeach was born in 2015 to challenge this status quo and create a level playing field for ALL children.

What you'll do

• Selection & Sourcing - 60%
• Drive the end-to-end sourcing and initial selection process for assigned roles, ensuring a strong and diverse candidate pipeline
• Conduct CV screenings, phone/Video screenings and Walk-ins to assess candidates against role requirements, competencies, and organisational values
• Use multiple sourcing channels and recruitment portals effectively to identify and attract high-potential candidates
• Continuously experiment with innovative sourcing strategies and creative ways to reach and engage candidates, especially for hard-to-fill roles

• 1–4 years in teaching & education
• Recruitment
• Any graduate
