Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in core HR and non-IT recruitment, particularly in bulk hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of recruitment processes, and the ability to independently manage the hiring cycle from sourcing candidates through onboarding.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions, including bulk hiring
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates based on role requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process

What you need
