About the role

The Lead – Admin – Gold Loan Business is responsible for overseeing branch-level administrative operations across zonal networks, ensuring smooth functioning, compliance, infrastructure readiness, and cost control. The role manages contract staff, coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensures operational continuity to support business growth and governance.

What you'll do

• Branch Operations & Facility Management
• Oversee daily administrative operations, manage housekeeping/security, resolve branch issues, supervise preventive maintenance, and implement asset management systems
• Branch Expansion & Infrastructure Development
• Lead new branch setup, coordinate civil/interior projects, manage vendor onboarding, and ensure timely project completion
• Compliance, Reporting & Risk Management
