About the role

Independently responsible for operational management of training Centre in your respective region. Pre & Post recruitment orientation programme for fresher, Loan officers, Branch Managers & Area Managers Monthly induction & refresher program on Product, Process, Policies & behavioural training in region.

What you'll do

• Responsible for operational management of training Centre in your respective region
• Training need identification, training assessment, capability building & qualitative aspects of business, process, compliance, audit, crm
• Process training on Loan Disbursement Process, Documentation & delinquency
• Collaborate with regional stakeholder and socialize learning journeys amongst region
• Measure learning effectiveness through periodic interventions and assessments
