As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a team responsible for driving the success of Boehringer Ingelheim's promotional portfolio within your territory.

What you'll do

• Analyse and profile customers
• Develop, implement and follow up of customer engagement plans, using all available channels
• Implement the customer engagement model, according to the adoption ladder and brand strategy within the respective team in each call
• Actively look for business opportunities
• Successfully complete all training requirements, including product examinations and ensure compliance to all external regulations and internal SOPs for self and team
