Remote - Manager - Sales (IT Staffing & Captive Solutions)

About the role

Talpro is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to focus primarily on IT Staffing, Captive Sales, Solutions Sales, and Staff Augmentation. This role is specifically targeted towards professionals with strong expertise in IT Contract Staffing and Captive/solution-driven sales.

What you'll do

• Lead and execute sales initiatives focused solely on IT Contract Staffing solutions, captive accounts, and staff augmentation
• Achieve annual revenue targets of USD $1-2Mn exclusively through staffing business, leveraging existing networks and proactively developing new relationships
• Extensive travel across North and South India to manage existing clients and identify potential new opportunities
• Act as an individual contributor responsible for end-to-end sales processes, revenue ownership, and business growth
• Engage proactively with C-Level executives, build strategic relationships, and secure long-term business commitments
